What's the cost of the consultation process?

Why its free! Lots of florists and suppliers will charge you for a consultation fee to discuss your wedding day but we offer this as a complimentary service.

How do you design and quote wedding flowers?

Once you've been in touch, we will arrange to meet up for a chat over a coffee at your venue or somewhere convenient. At this point we will go over all your ideas or we can inspire you if you are overwhelmed by choice and design! If you'd prefer, or are short on time/live abroad etc we can either work through email or arrange a Skype meeting and use apps such as Pinterest to get a feel for what you are looking to achieve. After this conversation we head back to base to cook up our bespoke design for you both and provide you with a quote usually within a week.

How will you provide us with a quote?

Once we have finalised your entire design, we'll email you a quote with a complete breakdown of all costs, including our labour & delivery. We then ask for a booking fee to secure the date in our diary. The final payment is then due 4 weeks before the wedding date.

Are any flowers unavailable?

Whilst most flowers are available all year round, there are varieties that have specific seasons - Peonies, for example, are an early summer flower only. These just wouldn't be available for a winter weddings. We can always suggest alternatives to maintain your vision for the day.

Is Craft & Petal insured?

We most certainly are! We'd be happy to provide a copy of our certificate if you / your venue require it.

How far are you willing to travel?

We are Wiltshire based but are more than happy to travel if needed, charging 45p per mile for travel costs. (standard U.K rate).
